"The dynamic and exciting Helios Piano Trio performs a wonderful online program with piano trios by Elena Kats-Chernin, Felix Mendelssohn and Maurice Ravel. John Fadial, Violin and Beth Vanderborgh, Cello (both members of the Colorado Chamber Players) perform with Chi-Chen Wu, Piano. All three artists are on the faculty at the University of Wyoming at Laramie. Featured work is Kats-Chernin’s evocative piano trio, 'The Spirit and the Maiden,' based on a Russian folk tale."
