Event Description

"The 21st century has been deemed the 'Golden Age of American opera.' CU Boulder students present 'Living Opera: Stories of US,' in which they explore the art of directing and their creative process, and present scenes from important American operas in the 20th and 21st centuries. These operas present new settings of beloved stories such as 'It’s a Wonderful Life,' 'JFK,' 'Pinocchio' and 'A Streetcar Named Desire,' as well as new stories that are relevant to social topics of today."
