Denver Young Artists Orchestra: The Faun and the Firebird

"The Denver Young Artists Orchestra (DYAO) presents The Faun and the Firebird, performing two iconic works by Debussy and Stravinsky. The afternoon begins with José Pablo Moncayo's Huapango, a colorful interpretation of the dance-like style of traditional huapango music from Veracruz. DYAO will also breathe life into R. Schumann's piano concerto featuring Nathan Lee, an award-winning young artist who connects with his audiences by sharing a depth of musical expression well beyond his years."
