Faculty Tuesdays: Something Old and Something New

"Renowned CU Boulder College of Music faculty artists perform with students and colleagues in chamber music recitals featuring world premieres and beloved classics. Free most Tuesdays August through March. Bassoonist Yoshi Ishikawa, oboist Peter Cooper and the Carpe Diem String Quartet will present the world premiere of a sextet by Korine Fujiwara, a leading woman composer. Ishikawa and the Carpe Diem String Quartet will also perform intriguing works by Janet Higdon—another renowned contemporary composer—in addition to delightful compositions by Antonio Vivaldi and Franz Danzi."
