Friends of the Symphony: Virtual Musical Zoo 2021

The Friends of the Symphony presents Musical Zoo 2021, a free on-demand virtual concert. The pre-recorded concert features the Fort Collins Symphony under the baton of Maestro Wes Kenney, narrator Scott Wheeler, and dancers from Canyon Concert Ballet performing composer Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf. As a narrator tells the story, the orchestra highlights the characters with musical themes by using four specific instrument families: strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion.
