"Strings of Brigid performs the most beautiful Celtic and folk music.  The group's repertory focuses on traditional Irish, Scottish and English songs (ballads, ghost stories, and songs from the sea). The Celtic harp is joined by an acoustic guitar and the occasional cello or violin, while the lead vocalist’s ethereal tones are often supported by gentle backing vocals. This concert features traditional songs from Ireland and Scotland plus contemporary songs by Enya, Kate Rusby, U2, Peter Gabriel, Rose Betts, and The Cranberries."
