A lot of business in Colorado is at stake with President Trump's tough talk on trade with China, and with Mexico and Canada under the North American Free Trade Agreement. China has fired back against Trump's proposed tariffs by promising to impose its own, and NAFTA negotiations have been long and fraught. Tom Lipitzky, the markets division director at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, talks with Colorado Matters about how the state's farms and ranches might be affected.
