The 14-year-old victim of the Evergreen school shooting is out of the hospital. Then, a federal court rules that religious preschools accepting public funds cannot discriminate against LGBTQ families. Plus, RTD votes to raise fares for people with disabilities who rely on its on-demand service. And, 20 years after Hunter S. Thompson’s death near Aspen, officials are taking another look.
