A Denver jury recently awarded $14 million to protesters who took to the streets after Minneapolis police murdered George Floyd. Constitutional law professor Gloria Browne-Marshall says the case could rewrite the playbook for demonstrators across the nation. Browne-Marshall teaches a course on Race and the Law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
