That's the claim Denver man Richard Kirk has made since he was accused of killing his wife, Kris, four years ago.
Kirk is now serving 30 years behind bars. For the first time in an exclusive interview with Rocky Mountain PBS, he's talking about the crime, which raised serious safety questions about edible marijuana soon after recreational use was legalized in Colorado.
