The first High Plains Comedy Festival starts Friday in Denver. Dozens of comedians from all over the country, including headliner Reggie Watts, who’s been called a master of improvisation, will go for the laughs at venues on South Broadway. Denver’s own Adam Cayton-Holland helped put the festival together. He talks to Ryan Warner.
