Golfer Becca Huffer is on the brink of making the predictions that she'd be the next big thing in Colorado women's golf a reality.
The Denver native was a one-time child prodigy, acing state championships in high school and going on to a star golfing career at Notre Dame.
But a long-term injury, at first misdiagnosed as tendonitis but actually a ganglion cyst, kept her out of the Ladies Professional Golf Association until now.
Huffer talked to Colorado Matters ahead of her debut in the LPGA in Australia next month.
