Rock paintings and engravings are visible traces of the native people who lived in the southwest thousands of years ago. Leslie Kelen thinks most photographs of this rock art don’t do it justice. So, years ago, he created a photo exhibit that, he felt, captured the power of these petroglyphs and pictrograms. The show has come to Colorado for the first time... to the Anasazi Heritage Center at the Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. Leslie Kelen speaks with Ryan Warner.
