Denver author Mark Obmascik wrote a book a while back about three guys obsessed with rare birds. It’s a true story. Even though the premise might have sounded geeky, Hollywood loved the idea. The book Obmascik wrote seven years ago, “The Big Year,” has been turned into a movie with real starpower -- Jack Black, Steve Martin and Owen Wilson. It's in theaters now. Ryan Warner speaks with Mark Obmascik about a visit to the soundstage where the movie was being filmed.
