We talk to two health care reformers about what the Supreme Court’s upholding of the health law means for Coloradans. Our guests were working on health reform LONG before the Affordable Care Act. Former Governor Bill Ritter is a Democrat who pursued, on a state level, many of the policies that wound up in the federal law. State Rep. Bob Gardner (R-Colorado Springs) had hoped the federal law would be struck down, so states could pursue their own solutions. He oversees the creation of a health insurance exchange in Colorado, a new marketplace for coverage. They speak with Ryan Warner.
