The state's efforts to crackdown on unemployment claims fraud are compounding applicants' frustrations. Today we hear from a woman who learned her identity had been stolen just as she filed for unemployment. Another woman's benefits were frozen by a "program integrity hold." CPR's public affairs reporter Andrew Kenney joins in the discussion as the state tries to find solutions.
