It’s not the steamiest tell-all of the year, but Bob Loevy’s short e-book, Confessions of a Reapportionment Commissioner, does give readers a behind-the-scenes look at the high-stakes process of redrawing state House and Senate districts. Loevy retired this fall after a long career as a political science professor at Colorado College. He talked with Ryan Warner about what surprised him about the experience, and how he'd like to see it changed.
