The University of Colorado Boulder is taking an unprecedented step. The school is restricting access tomorrow to a public campus. It’s one of several tactics CU has taken to stifle the annual 4/20 pot smoke-out. For years, thousands of people have gathered at the school’s Norlin quad to light up.
