A new book gives the nation's courts failing grades. The author is former state Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Love Kourlis. She had that job for 11 years and was a trial judge before that. She’s now the head of IAALS, the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System at the University of Denver. Kourlis' book is called "Rebuilding Justice: Civil Courts in Jeopardy and Why You Should Care." She spoke with Ryan Warner.
