Male full professors at Colorado State University earned 16 percent more than their female counterparts according to an analysis done at the university last Spring. CSU has since adjusted many salaries and established a committee to look at the root causes of the pay gap.
While investigating this issue, Nick Coltrain of the Coloradoan in Fort Collins also raised questions about above-average raises for administrators, and whether former chancellors are earning their six-figure salaries. Coltrain spoke with Colorado Matters' host Nathan Heffel.
