In 1987, when he was 15-years old, Timothy Masters was walking to the school bus in Fort Collins. He spotted what he thought might have been a mannequin. In fact, it was the body of a woman named Peggy Hettrick, who had been murdered. Masters would ultimately be convicted of the murder of Hettrick, and would spend nearly a decade in prison until he was released. He's written a book called "Drawn to Injustice: The Wrongful Conviction of Timothy Masters," and he speaks with Ryan Warner.
