A Denver ballot initiative that would bring in $45 million a year to help people with mental health and substance disorder issues holds a lot of promise beyond the funding alone. That's what Ben Miller, Chief Strategy Officer for Well Being Trust and board member for Mental Health Colorado, believes. If the measure passes, it would demonstrate unequivocal community support for funding mental health, Miller said.
