The state judicial department is being rocked by allegations of sexual misconduct and discrimination dating back years and by claims that a former employee was given a $2.5 million contract in exchange for her silence. That’s a claim the judicial department denies. Last week, the state supreme court released a key memo in the case and promised to hire an independent investigator.
