Unemployment in Colorado was 3.8 percent in October, its lowest since 2007. And the state often ranks highly on the "best places for business." But many residents don't share in the economic success, according to a new report from the Colorado Center on Law and Policy, a progressive anti-poverty group.
In particular, Black and Latino Coloradans have higher unemployment rates than Whites, and have lower median income. Women also bring in less money than men in Colorado.
