Dr. Antonia Novello is the first woman and the first Hispanic person to serve as the U.S. Surgeon General. Her journey of self-discovery through the field of medicine is chronicled in a new book, out just in time for Women's History Month: "Duty Calls: Lessons learned from an Unexpected Life of Service." She co-wrote it with Colorado Women's Hall of Famer Jill Tietjen.
