Pro cyclist Mara Abbott plans to race in first Women’s USA Pro Challenge

Boulder cyclist Mara Abbott has twice won Italy's Giro Rosa, one of few opportunities for elite women cyclists to compete on a big stage that's often reserved for men. But now there's another one: The USA Pro Challenge, a men's race that winds through the state's mountains and cities, is adding a women's event this year. For Abbott, who plans to compete, the race is a homecoming -- and a new opportunity for her sport.  She talked about that with Ryan Warner. Click on the audio link to listen.
