No matter what line of work you’re in you’ve probably faced this question: “How does the internet change what I do?” Well, that applies to religious leaders as well. If people can create virtual communities, do they still need church? That’s just one subject to be tackled at a conference on digital religion that starts tomorrow in Boulder. Some of the sessions are open to the public. Stewart Hoover is one of the organizers. He directs the Center for Media, Religion and Culture at the University of Colorado. He speaks with Ryan Warner.
