In August, convicted killer Nathan Dunlap is supposed to die by lethal injection. Twenty years ago, Dunlap killed four and critically injured another at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Aurora. It would be the first execution in the state in more than 15 years. Earlier this month, Dunlap’s attorneys asked Governor John Hickenlooper to grant Dunlap clemency and commute his sentence to life without parole. Ryan Warner speaks with Madeline Cohen, who is Dunlap's attorney and an assistant federal public defender. Also joining us is District Attorney George Brauchler, who represents the district where Dunlap was convicted. Brauchler opposes clemency.
