Recently, a teacher in Denver, who works with dyslexic children, saw a film about dyslexia. She thought it told the story of dyslexia better than anything she’s ever come accross. The teacher is Elenn Steinberg, who’s a past president of the local chapter of the International Dyslexia Association. The documentary is called “The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia.” Steinberg was so impressed, she convinced HBO to let her screen the film in a local theater this weekend. Elenn Steinberg joined the filmmaker Jamie Redford with CPR’s Andrea Dukakis.
