Jennifer Jasinki is the consulting chef at "The Ponti," the new restaurant in the Denver Art Museum's renovated north building, which is covered by more than a million glass tiles and is designed by architect Gio Ponti. Jasinki, whose Denver eateries also include Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia, was just inducted into the MenuMasters Hall of Fame. She talks about the artistry of food and the challenges of opening and operating a restaurant during the pandemic.
