The Vail International Dance Festival turns 25 this summer. And luminaries from the dance world are coming to celebrate, including Seattle’s Pacific Northwest Ballet, modern choreographer Paul Taylor, and cast members from the TV show, “So You Think You Can Dance.” Artistic director Damian Woetzel started performing in the festival in 1993, as a principal with The New York City Ballet. This year’s event is July 28th through August 10th. Host Ryan Warner asked Damian to describe the vibe in Vail when the festival’s going on.
