Denver police have arrested and jailed hundreds of innocent people. That’s according to the ACLU of Colorado. It recently filed a legal brief in federal court on behalf of several people it says were detained because police thought they were someone else. This is the latest chapter in a lawsuit that dates back to 2008. Andrea Dukakis speaks with Chrsitina FourHorn, who was mistaken for someone else and arrested. She also speaks with ACLU attorney Mark Silverstein, and gets the response from the Denver Police Department.
