Women who served in Iraq and Afghanistan say they're thrilled about the Pentagon's decision to open all combat jobs to women, but they don't expect the transition to be easy.

Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner spoke with Jenn Calaway, who lives in Boulder and was deployed to Afghanistan as a public affairs specialist for the Marines; Mel Plett, of Boulder, was an Army combat medic in Afghanistan; and Sarah Plummer Taylor served as an intelligence officer in the Marines was deployed to Iraq.
