Record numbers of people in Colorado are filing for unemployment benefits for the first time, but the state's unemployment office hasn't kept pace with the influx of new claims. That often leaves long wait times and unanswered questions for many first timers filing for unemployment. Bente Birkeland examines the problem and how the unemployment office is trying to fix it.
