Oil and Gas Regulations Could Mean Major Changes
The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is working on new rules for how it regulates drilling. Concerned landowners and environmental groups hope it'll lead to more responsible development, while energy companies are worried about a bureaucratic mess that could lead them to cut back in Colorado. KCFR's Anna Panoka reports.
