It's official. The 2008 Democratic National Convention will take place in Denver. National Party chairman Howard Dean made the announcement Thursday. Dean commended the city for â€œassembling an outstanding bid that demonstrates the community's commitment to organizing a first-rate convention.â€ Ryan Warner talks to Pat Waak, chair of the Colorado Democratic Party.
