Denver Selected for 2008 Democratic Convention

It's official. The 2008 Democratic National Convention will take place in Denver. National Party chairman Howard Dean made the announcement Thursday. Dean commended the city for “assembling an outstanding bid that demonstrates the community's commitment to organizing a first-rate convention.” Ryan Warner talks to Pat Waak, chair of the Colorado Democratic Party. She's also a member of the Democratic National Committee.
