Employers Confused About New Documentation Law

Starting Monday, employers in the state who fail to prove their workers are legal could face thousands of dollars in fines. That's because of a law passed in the summer. But many employers are scratching their heads about what the law requires them to do. Dan Meyers talks to Yvan Murad, an attorney with the Mountain States Employers Council, and Rick Grice, executive director of the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.
