Among the options for health care reform is a requirement that employers provide insurance or pay a penalty. Massachusetts recently imposed these rules with mixed results. Hawaii has had an employer mandate for decades. KCFR's Andrea Dukakis reports.Then, Ryan Warner talks with Bill Lyndsay of Colorado's Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Care Reform about why it favors an individual mandate over an employer one.
