State Lawmakers Focus on Immigration Bills

Some Colorado lawmakers say last year's push for tougher immigration laws has created some confusion. The debate is over what kinds of identification people need to get state services. Lawmakers say the effort to block illegal immigrants from state programs has cut off citizens as well. Dan Meyers talks to Speaker of the House Andrew Romanoff, State Rep. Kevin Lundberg, and Julien Ross, state coordinator for the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, who says Colorado's struggles with ID laws only underscore the need for federal reform.
