Colorado is in fiscal trouble with a massive budget shortfall and fallout from the national recession. A state commission proposes several ideas it says will help solve the state's budget problems. Colorado Public Radio's Dan Drayer talks with Democratic State Senator Rollie Heath, who chaired the commission.
