Former Republican Congressman and now gubernatorial candidate Tom Tancredo took the stand in a Denver courtroom yesterday to determine whether his name should remain on the November election ballot. Tancredo is running as a member of the American Constitution party. But as Bente Birkeland reports, a lawsuit filed by two Republicans says he doesn't qualify to be a candidate.
