Colorado Cleantech Future

The plan calls for easier permitting, new attention to green-energy distribution, and training the engineers and business executives who will drive the industry's future.  Colorado Public Radio's Mike Lamp talks with Chris Shapard, Executive Director of the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association.
