Pueblo County Health Officials say a third skunk has tested positive for rabies...Monday is the last day for Colorado Springs residents to register to vote before the Mayoral Run-Off election....Lawmakers charged with congressional redistricting met today and found the plans vary quite a bit...and, a federal official says his agency is committed to issuing a final statement soon on environmental impacts of a proposed art project over the Arkansas River.
