A federal survey says Colorado is among the highest in the nation for use of marijuana, cocaine and alcohol....and, with the cost of prescription drugs on the rise, Medicare and Medicaid are shouldering an ever increasing financial burden, but one Colorado lawmaker is working on a solution.
