One Book One Denver: The Art of Racing in the Rain
Once again this year, Colorado Public Radio is teaming up with the Arts and Venues Denver and the University of Colorado Denver College of Arts and Media to present a radio adaptation of the city's One Book One Denver Selection.
The Art of Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein, is about a dog named Enzo, wth a philosopher's soul. As he nears the end of his life, he tries to bring together the family, pulled apart by a three year custody battle between daughter Zoe's maternal grandparents and her father Denny, a race car driver.
We will air the adaption in four parts, from Monday, October 24th through Thursday, October 27th after Colorado Matters at 10:30am and 7:30pm on our news and information stations.
