Lawmakers peppered Governor John Hickenlooper with economic development questions when he presented his budget for next year. The legislature's bi-partisan joint budget committee is charged with crafting a budget. Similar to recent years, the budget will require significant cuts to government programs. The Governor has also set aside 6 million dollars for economic incentives. Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
