Colorado Symphony’s Collaborations

Symphony orchestras in several cities are facing money problems and labor disputes. The Colorado Symphony has spent the past year digging out of a financial crisis that threatened to silence the orchestra in 2011.  Their current season includes collaborations with the Denver band Devotchka, and composer David Amram. The symphony is performing Amram's variations on music by Woody Guthrie.  Mike Lamp talks with CPR Classical host Richard Ray.
