The City of Boulder is trying to get back to normal, even as rescue operations continue in rural parts of northern Colorado.  Businesses are reopening, and residents are facing the task of cleaning out their soggy homes.  Colorado Public Radio's Pat Mack spent the day in town and spoke with CPR's Anna Hanel.
