Much of the floodwaters that brought so much damage to front range communities havesettled into the South Platte River, rolling across the northeastern plains.  Just before the river flows into Nebraska, it passes through three towns in Sedgwick County.  The high water arrived there early Wednesday, bearing evidence of all the destruction upstream.  Dottie Woltemath is with the Sedgwick County Sheriffs Office. She spoke with CPR's Mike Lamp.
