CPR Classical will broadcast "A Portrait of Mozart," a 90-minute look at the composer's life, at 7 p.m. in honor of Mozart's birthday.


Musica Sacra Chamber Orchestra Music Director David Rutherford talks about their concerts this week with pianist Katie Mahan. We sample her new CD.


Pro Musica Colorado Chamber Orchestra Music Director Cynthia Katsarelis talks about their next concerts, which feature Hsing-ay Hsu. We hear her in our Performance Studio. We'll also hear "Coming Into the World," a work on the program by her husband, Daniel Kellogg.


Violinist Chee Yun is the Colorado Symphony's soloist this week. We'll hear a recording from her in our Performance Studio. She'll play Handel's "Passacaglia" from "Harpsichord Suite No. 7 in G minor" and Kreisler's "Recitativo and Scherzo-Caprice."


The Colorado Chamber Players perform Saturday. We'll hear a past performance from our Performance Studio.


We'll hear music from composer Daniel Kellogg, the Boulder Chamber Orchestra and the Ars Nova Singers, who will feature violinist Edward Dusinberre and soprano Amanda Balestrieri at their next concert.
